Bomber
Body
1. U.S. models only, any year allowed. No sub-compact station wagons or pickups allowed.
2. Must be complete OEM body.
3. Bumpers must be stock and welded to frame. Hood pins mandatory on hood and trunk.
4. Door panels may be removed to facilitate roll bars. Front and rear inner fenders may be removed. Fender trimming only as needed.
5. Must have stock floor pans.
6. Car must have fire wall between fuel tank and driver compartment.
7. Only remove items that are flammable from interior. Remove all glass. Leave stock bracing behind rear seat.
8. Doors must be bolted and welded shut.
9. Protective bars or screen for driver’s protection are mandatory.
10. 6 point roll cage minimum is mandatory. Roll cage must have a minimum of 3 bars on the driver’s side and 2 bars on the passenger’s side.
11. No bars are to protrude outside of the body. Radiator protector bars if used, must be inside bumper, excessive bar installation is not allowed.
12. Wheel base 108 inch minimum.
Engine
1. Steel block only. No aftermarket blocks.
2. Steel heads only. No angle plugs allowed. Aftermarket heads allowed.
3. NEW… cast iron or aluminum intakes allowed. If has an aluminum intake, must have 50 lbs of weight bolted in front of fire wall.
4. Must have stock dimensional valve covers.
5. Roller rockers not allowed. Roller tips are optional.
6. No engine setback must remain in stock position.
7. No MSD systems.
8. Headers allowed. Exhaust is not permitted to be directed toward the ground.
9. One 2 barrel or 4 barrel carburetor only-Holly carburetor okay, no Predator carburetor allowed.
10. Adaptor plates allowed.
11. Engine make must match car make. (GM to GM, Ford to Ford)
12. Radiator must remain under hood.
13. Fuel cell is highly recommended. No kegs. Gas tanks must be located in trunk or left in original position and be securely fastened.
Chassis
1. Stock Frames only-uni-body cars may be tied together.
2. All front suspension must remain stock. All control arms and steering mounts must remain in stock location.
3. No racing control arms allowed.
4. No weight jacks allowed.
5. No welding on A-frame.
6. One shock per wheel in stock location-racing shocks allowed-no coil covers.
7. Steel racing wheels allowed.
8. Bead lock wheels allowed.
9. One inch studs and lug nuts mandatory on right front and right rear wheels. Recommended on all wheels.
10. Tire maximum width 8 inch. Racing recaps allowed, DOT casing, passenger type tire okay, 275-60. (Hoosier and American Racer tires allowed)
11. 10 inch rims are allowed but must have and 8 inch tire on them.
12. Must have all wheel brakes in working condition.
13. Cars must weigh 3200 lbs before qualifying, after heats and feature. If running an aluminum intake, car must weigh 3200 lbs, but must have 50 lbs of weight bolted in front of the fire wall.
Transmission
1. No aftermarket transmission or direct drives allowed. Must have forward and reverse gears and must be able to start and stop on their own.
2. Rear-end must be stock passenger type only.
3. Rear-end may be locked, positive traction reagents allowed.
4. Rear end being replaced with Ford type rear-ends must be mounted in stock location.
5. Floater rear-ends allowed.
6. No traction control devices or remote control suspension devices allowed.
Mountain Motor Speedway General Rules-2010
General Operation Rules:
• The track retains the right to refuse entry to any car or person without questions.
• Drivers and crewmembers will conduct themselves in a calm and sportsman-like manner at all times
• The driver alone will be the sole spokesman for their entry in any and all matters pertaining to the race and must talk with the official in charge.
• Driver will take responsibility for any and all crew members.
• Officials MUST BE NOTIFIED immediately of any driver change.
• Interpretation of rules and decisions of race operation officials will be final
• Ignorance of rules will not be accepted as an excuse for their violation
• Open drinking of intoxicants will not be tolerated. Immediate ejection from facility will be executed
• Any crew member, driver or anyone else who uses loud and abusive language or profane signs toward any track official or any individual who is guilty of starting or engaging in a fight will be fined, lose all winnings and points for that event. They are subject to suspension for upcoming events.
• Any person found with any weapon on him or his vehicle is subject to fine, loss of the weapon or arrest.
• RAIN OUTS: It is essential that pit pass and gate admission tickets be kept until completion of events in case of rain-out. This will be the only means by which you will be allowed admittance on the rescheduled date.
• If any car causes 3 cautions in a race, the car will be black-flagged and sent to the pits.
RAIN OR FOG DATES AND RULES
In case of rain or fog during all REGULAR events at MMS, the following procedures will be followed:
• If rain or fog occurs before Late Model feature is considered official:
Races which are not completed will be rescheduled for the following week. All pit passes and grandstand tickets will be your rain check for the following week.
• If rain or fog occurs after Late Model feature is considered official:
Remaining races will be rescheduled for the following week and will be completed before the regular show. No rain checks will be honored.
RACES DEEMED OFFICIAL
All events will be official at the halfway point of the race
NOTE:
THIS IS ONLY FOR REGULAR EVENTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS DO NOT APPLY!
• If LESS THAN 6 CARS PER CLASS, TRACK HAS THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PURSE!

• All cars MUST have an approved fire extinguisher securely mounted within reach of the driver. A five pound Halon system is recommended.
• Racing seats and racing seatbelts with shoulder harness are required and must be securely fastened to the car frame.
• A drive-line sling is required
• Fire resistant uniforms is required
• Fire resistant gloves, underwear and socks are recommended
• 18-guage steel or 1/8" aluminum thingypit tub in front sides and rear of driver is highly recommended
• Drive shaft and weight ballast must be painted white
• Batteries must be securely mounted and shielded. Batteries mounted inside of vehicle must be in cases.
• All cars need chain or hoop on the front and rear for the tow truck to hook to.
CAR NUMBERS
• All cars must have a number at least 18 inches high, clearly visible and identifiable on both sides and on roof. All cars must have a number at least 3" high on the nosepiece and at the rear of the fuel cell in a visible place.
• Duplicated car numbers at sign in may be asked to tape a letter or additional number for scoring purposes.
PROTEST, SUSPENSIONS, FINES
• Only drivers may protest. Protesting driver must be in the race in question to file protest
